Marron Singers is a community choir based at Xavier's Senior Campus. We sing at the ANZAC and Remembrance Day masses at Xavier and also put on a Christmas concert every year.
The choir is open to everyone - you just need to love to sing. No need to be able to read music or to audition.
One aim of the choir is to make singing fun - as one newcomer said, “I knew it would be serious singing but did not expect it to be fun!”. We take our singing seriously but not ourselves.
Rehearsals are held each Tuesday night (in term time) in the Xavier College Memorial Chapel, 7.45pm-9.15pm.
So if you enjoy singing, come along and see if you like us.
